Property Purchase Abroad (PPA) is a company from Northern Ireland assisting clients in the procurement of overseas residential and commercial property.

We offer properties for sale and can also assist with finding bespoke properties in the location of a clients choosing.  

In addition PPA can assist clients secure mortgages for overseas property purchase. 

PPA work with Investors and Fund Managers to identify suitable properties that match their investment criteria.

18 years experience in the Purchasing, Rental and Development of Property. The founder and Managing Director of the company is Colum Quinn. Before working in property investment Colum worked in Telecom Communications as a Software Engineer in America, Sweden, UK, Macedonia and Ireland.

9 years experience in Property Management, Purchasing and Interior Design. Prior to working in Property Investment Amanda worked in Design, Management and Implementation of EU Regeneration Programmes for Urban and Rural agencies across Northern Ireland.
