How do I reserve a property?
Each property will usually require a deposit to take it off the market. This will give you time to either tyouravel and see the property or to appoint a legal representative. This reservation deposit is completely refundable until you have decided that you definitely wish to proceed and sign a purchase contract.
How much is the finders/administration fee?
This depends on the development and the amount of units you purchase.
What does the finders/administration fee cover?
We believe in transparency, so that no costs are hidden. The administration fee covers:
Sourcing each development and negotiating a genuine discount
Comprehensive market research into strong growth areas
An exit strategy in place we will appoint the best local agent for resale or rental
Appointment of legal and mortgage advisors
Regular updates on your property
All other administrative costs relevant to the purchase of your property.
How do I know my investment is secure?
No funds are exchanged with the developer until your solicitor has approved the contract.
Can you help with international mortgages?
We have contacts in many countries who will be able to source you financing for your property. You are under no obligation to use these contacts and we only provide the service to make your overseas purchase a more straightforward transaction.
Can you recommend a solicitor?
Yes we work very closely with experienced and professional firms of solicitors who work for our clients. Again you are in no way obliged to use any solicitor that we recommend. We are happy to offer this service for your convienience. Please contact us for more details.
Can I sell my off plan property prior to completion?
All contracts are fully assignable, so there is maximum flexibility. You can sell at anytime. We can put you in touch with local sales agents if you are looking to re-sell on the open market or indeed we can market your property to an international market.
Can I have more than one buy to let property?
Absolutely. Our aim is for you to be delighted with your purchase and to not only come back and invest again through our company but to tell your friends and hopefully they too will choose to invest through us. We are seeking to build fantastic word of mouth referrals.
